Damage Claims

Though all the products are checked well before its packing and shipping. Products are packed and shipped very using proper packing-shipping methods. All products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. However, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, and not www.khadishop.in. Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product once to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, contact we through email and we will get back to you.

 

Manufacturing Defects (Faulty products)

Our Packing team checks all the products before delivering. So the chances of a faulty product creeping in are very less. However in case of a product with manufacturing defect you need to contact us.

We are ready to replace the product for no extra cost in case of manufacturing defects. Please send us a detailed description regarding the damage at our email id. If damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then you must report such damage to the carrier within one (1) Business Day after receipt of shipment

www.khadishop.in under no circumstances, shall be liable for products damaged in shipment or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

 

Delivery charges for returning of products

In case of returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part or manufacturing fault etc., you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the www.khadishop.in products for next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.

 

No Returns or Replacement will be accept in case of NOT LIKING the product(s)

When you are shopping, you are agree that you shop it with all the awareness considering your liking, requirement, hobby, purpose, guidance of any other, financial condition etc. So, no product(s) will be taken back or replaced in the above mentioned and other related reasons likewise. Products will be taken back and/or replaced only in case of damaged, faulty or with any manufacturing defects or not according to your order.
